Wolverine Ascension ("we," "us") is an online fitness coaching business owned and operated by Johnny Ketlo. This policy covers our website and our private social-media management software ("Jarvis Distributor"), which manages our own Instagram professional account and Facebook Page.
Our software accesses, through Meta's official APIs, direct messages and comments sent to our own Instagram account (@johnnyketlo) and our own Facebook Page (Wolverine Ascension Fat Loss). This includes the message text, the sender's username and platform ID, and message timestamps. We collect this only for conversations people start with us. We do not collect information about anyone who has not messaged or commented on our accounts.
Messages are used for exactly one purpose: reading and replying to the people who contacted us, including automated replies to routine questions and routing sensitive conversations to a human. We do not use message data for advertising, profiling, or training of any external system.
Message data processed by our software is stored on our own private computer, not on public servers, and is retained only as long as needed to manage the conversation.
To have your conversation data deleted from our systems, send us a direct message on Instagram (@johnnyketlo) or email coach@wolverineascension.com with the username you contacted us from. We will delete the associated data within 30 days. You can also delete your side of any conversation using Instagram's or Facebook's own tools at any time.
Our use of data received from Meta's APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable Meta developer policies, including the limited-use requirements for messaging data.
